The Instant Personnel Employment Workforce Development Company, is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified small minority owned business. Our membership associations with Greater City of Memphis Chamber of Commerce, Local Business Enterprise (LBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE); and, also has a non-profit (501) c3, component associated with the parent company. The mission of the company is to provide opportunities helping clients achieve a competitive advantage through their people. Mr. Anthony Johnson is the CEO of the company. He has executive leadership experience in non-profits, while serving in leadership capacities with various successful organizations. He was recently appointed as an Ambassador the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Johnson is a certified National Institute of Corrections Curriculum Re-entry specialist. He holds a BA Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University, in Nashville, Tennessee; and, has several years of working experience as an Employment Specialist for returning citizens and Account Supervisor in the staffing industry.

Mr. Raymond A. Clark is the COO of the company. Mr. Clark, is a former police chief and a graduated of the FBI Instructor Development Program, and has completed the University Of California University Management Institute, in Irvine, California and has a MBA; an extensive background in workforce development programs, training, and created Life Transformation Pathways (Learning to Cage Your Gorilla). He has several years working with disadvantaged populations as well as numerous reentry programs; and, is an author, and has published numerous articles on public safety.
